The Jellyfish, (formerly Joe's Pizza, Joe's Frozen Yogurt, Joe's Falafel, Joe's Chicken, Joe's Tacos, Chez Linda, Cheez Linda, the Doormats, the Nothings, the Vultures, the Cream Puffs, the Cupcakes, the Little Lulus, and the Cellar Dwellers), are a Little League Baseball team, which is coached by Coach Calhoun and Coach John (much to the dismay of the players). The team is currently sponsored by Pete's Pet Supplies, although they have had several other sponsors before.
History[]
The Cellar Dwellers were originally sponsored by Joe's Pizza. Joe's Pizza changed the food they sold several times, resulting in the team name changing to Joe's Frozen Yogurt, Joe's Falafel, Joe's Chicken, and lastly Joe's Tacos. Later, a beauty salon, Chez Linda sponsored the team for two seasons, and due to a typo in the second season, they were named "Cheez Linda". The Bigelow Mat Company later sponsored them for a season, and the team was named the "Doormats". After that, the team was left without a sponsor, so they decided to name themselves, and they chose the name "Vultures". Later, Cressly's Bakery sponsored the team, and their name was changed to the "Cream Puffs". The name was eventually changed to the Cupcakes, after the team held a vote on whether to change their team name.
